Nice to meet you, I’m Geneèn, the founder of Mavens 101, and a firm believer that clarity, strategy, and self-awareness are the real drivers of lasting career growth.

Before I became a Chief People Officer leading global talent strategies, I started my career in the vibrant chaos of food, media, and brand storytelling. From producing experiential events with top chefs, to managing rebranding campaigns at world-renowned creative agencies, I’ve always been obsessed with the intersection of people, performance, and purpose.

But along the way, I noticed something:

Most systems are designed to serve the organization—not the person doing the work.
And that’s a problem I couldn’t ignore.

After building talent infrastructures across multiple industries—from hospitality and creative to tech and global enterprise—I realized the most powerful shifts didn’t come from org charts or performance models.

They came from people.
