Before I became a Chief People Officer leading global talent strategies, I started my career in the vibrant chaos of food, media, and brand storytelling. From producing experiential events with top chefs, to managing rebranding campaigns at world-renowned creative agencies, I’ve always been obsessed with the intersection of people, performance, and purpose.
But along the way, I noticed something:
Most systems are designed to serve the organization—not the person doing the work.
And that’s a problem I couldn’t ignore.
