What is Career Architecture®?
The Mavens 101 Career Architecture is a Strategic career planning program that utilizes personal development to define a path for career growth. Through our program, our subscribers identify their strengths, interests, and goals, enabling them to make informed decisions about their professional path. Once established, we expand a career blueprint through our materials and coaching guides, which focus on further development in areas such as soft skills and leadership.

Who created the Career Architecture® Program?
Our Founder and CEO, Geneèn Wright, developed Career Architecture through her experience with innovative workforce planning, talent management, and a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent, with business needs and forecasts in mind. "In working globally for Fortune 500 and independently owned companies, the commonality remains: growth is constant. The best thing we can do is ensure that we are smart about how we cultivate growth." With that, a data-centric talent focus plan emerged, providing talent with the ownership and tools to strategically drive their careers forward. What career level is ideal for the Career Architecture® program?
The program is beneficial for individuals who are recent graduates exploring their first job, entry level and a mid-career considering their growth. As well as any professional considering a change, this program offers the individual the clarity and steps to craft their career journey with goals, opportunites, tasks, and supporting network.

How are the Career Architecture® lessons formatted?
Our Career Architecture program features video and text modules, self-assessment tools, and career planning templates (PDF or Notion). We also offer group sessions and online community participation.

How long should it take me to complete the course?
In our foundation course, we designed each of the 7+ lessons to take no more than 5 minutes to review. However, participants can progress at their own pace while engaging in group activities that help clarify career goals and develop actionable plans.

Is there support available during the program?
Yes, depending on the subscription, participants have access to dedicated support throughout the program. Support may include the ability to reach out to Mavens 101 via email for guidance and clarification, as well as participation in community forums and workshops where you can connect with peers, share experiences, and seek advice.

Does Mavens 101 offer executive coaching?
Geneèn coaches at all levels, specializing in career transformations and breakthroughs—whether for those seeking to evolve or those building their Career Architecture. If Geneèn is unable to coach directly, she can match individuals with coaches from her professional network based on specific requirements.

What methodology does Mavens 101/Geneen use to coach
Geneèn blends tools like StrengthsFinder 2.0, CBC, ACT, and OSKAR role-play with the practical insight of a former Chief People Officer. Guided by the ICF Code of Ethics, her sessions are tailored, actionable, and built for real-world results.
